Website Chat - at the bottom-right side of the website, on both desktop and mobile, there is a purple chat application that is open during working hours.
An assistant will reply in realtime, and will handle your inquiries relating to product details, features, suggestions, feedbacks, bug issues and express premium orders. -
Support Email - is a direct email support for any type of inquiry regarding the collection. You may use this for general inquiries and express premium orders.
