Terms and Conditions

The purchase of any collection under the Construct Collection is a consent that you are willing to follow all these terms. This is to protect both seller and the buyer.

  • Product Protection Policy - the product must not be resold, re-licensed or grant usage to anyone other than the account holder. Or any form of piracy, for that matter, is not allowed.
    Breaking this agreement shall result to closing of account. The user's data will be kept on hold and sent to the authorities for regulatory purposes.

  • User Policy - the user who purchased the product or service must be the only one to access, use or profit from the said product or service.
    Business organizations or partnerships should have each of their employees or partners to purchase a package they are going to access or use.
    Buying a package or service gives the account holder a license for the rights of access and usage. It is identified by his/her/its account name, account credentials and cannot be transferred, resold, re-licensed or granted to another user.

  • Refund Policy - refunds are strictly not allowed, we provide detailed information of all contents of each sold product and service. We also provide support, so customers can inquire for details regarding the product or service we offer, before purchase or subscription.

  • Upgrading and Downgrading Policy - upgrade and downgrade of products or services are strictly not allowed. Each package is its own product or service. 
    Users are not allowed to request for discounts into upgrading to a more expensive product or service. And, users are also not allowed to request for refunds into downgrading to a cheaper product or service.

  • Data Protection Policy - users are explicitly asked for consent to input their details when they chat and, register for an account or login into an account. 
    We do not hold any user data without the user's consent and input. And, the user may
    contact support if they wish to close their account and delete their account data.
    Although, the user may not allow to delete their account data and will be held until sent to the authorities, in case of user violation of the terms and agreement.
    Additional data protection policies may apply from 3rd party services, to wit: Wix, Itch.io, 2Checkout, PayPal and Scirra.

  • Support Policy - support is limited to only bug reports, feature requests, express premium order priority support and support ticket services. Although, we are not liable to provide support.
    We also offer limited technical support, although we are also not liable to provide technical support.​

  • Limitation of Warranty and Liabilities - we will not be liable to any package or service misuse or damages. We will also not be liable, if any project or any usage application is damaged, due to failure, misuse or bankruptcy. May it be from artificial or natural occurrences.

  • Anti-Piracy Policythe product must not be shared, resold, re-licensed or grant usage to anyone other than the account holder. Breaking this agreement shall result to closing of account. The user's data will be kept on hold and sent to the authorities for regulatory purposes.
    Everyone who are caught benefiting from this act will also be reported to their own local authorities.
